Sales & Warehouse Associate

  Greet and assist customers at the sales counter with plumbing/HVAC product questions and orders

  Process sales transactions and quotes accurately

• →

  Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory

• →

  Pick, pack, and stage orders for our technicians or customer pickup

• →

  Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and sales floor

• →

  Operate forklifts or warehouse equipment as needed (training provided)

• →

  Work closely with our sales and service teams to deliver excellent customer experiences

• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, construction, or warehouse environment preferred

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Basic computer skills for inventory and order management

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks safely

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

• Forklift experience or willingness to learn

• Knowledge of plumbing, heating, or mechanical products

• Experience at a plumbing/HVAC supply house or with contractor customers
