Position                                           : Assistant Human Resources Manager

Pay: HK$36,570 to HK$64,491 (HGPS Pt. 15 – Pt. 27) per month including Monthly Allowance

Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist Cluster General Manager (Human Resources) in providing managerial support and implementing initiatives for various human resources functions including:

i. Manpower Planning and Recruitment

ii. Compensation and Benefits

iii. Termination and Separation

iv. Staff Development and Succession Planning

v. Staff Wellness and Engagement

vi. Performance and Complaint Management

2. Job rotation will be arranged among the functional areas for exposure and service improvement.

Entry Requirements: 

1. A university degree or equivalent.

Preferred Attributes:

1. Some post-qualification relevant HR experience preferred.

2. People oriented, good interpersonal and organizational skills.

3. Proficiency in information technology, strong communication and presentation skills.

4. Fast adaptation to changing environments, ability to work under pressure and multi-tasking.

5. Self-motivated, ability to work smart and work independently.
