JOB OVERVIEW Job Id: Y-CRNA-3173947 Profession: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist Specialty: CRNA - General Job Type: Locum Tenens Location: Charleston, WV Service Setting: Ambulatory Surgery Center & Hospital Coverage Type: Clinical Only Coverage Period: Dec 14, 2026 – Mar 15, 2027 Clinical Shift Schedule: Flexible: 5x8-hour (7a-3p) or 4x10-hour (7a-5p) shifts PATIENT INFORMATION Patient Demographics: All ages, inpatient, and outpatient Case Mix: General, vascular, orthopedic, urology, plastics, dental, IR, CDL, thoracic, peds, neuro, cardiac, endoscopy center FACILITY INFORMATION EMR System: Cerner PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE Credentialing Timeline: 60-90 days REQUIRED PROCEDURES General Vascular Orthopedic Urology Plastics Dental IR (Interventional Radiology) CDL Thoracic Pediatrics Neuro Cardiac Endoscopy Center JOB REQUIREMENTS Licenses: Active WV license Certifications: ACLS, BLS, and PALS Experience: Minimum 2 years in CRNA DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Provide anesthesia care for a variety of surgical cases including general, vascular, orthopedic, urology, plastics, dental, IR, thoracic, pediatrics, neuro, cardiac, and endoscopy. Work primarily at Memorial Hospital Main ORs, with flexibility to work at other hospitals within the system. Manage anesthesia for all age groups (neonates to geriatrics), both inpatient and outpatient. Maintain flexible schedule with 5x8-hour or 4x10-hour shifts, including weekend availability as needed. Ensure compliance with ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications and WV licensure.
