This opportunity offers a $100,000 sign-on bonus, strong clinical volume, and a balanced practice with dedicated operating room block time. Clinical coverage is approximately 80–90% spine and 10–20% cranial, with a broad case mix that includes complex spine pathology, neurotrauma, brain tumors, and cerebrovascular disease. Join an established team of six neurosurgeons at a regional referral center with Level II trauma and comprehensive stroke services. Work alongside neurohospitalists, neurologists, neuroradiology, neurointerventional specialists, and dedicated advanced practice providers who assist in the office, operating room, and hospital. Requirements • MD or DO from an accredited medical school. • Completion of an accredited Neurosurgery residency. • Board Eligible or Board Certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgery. • Ability to obtain an unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license and necessary credentials. • DEA certification. • Spine Neurosurgery fellowship training is a plus; fellowship training is not required. • No visa sponsorship at this time.
