LVN Pediatric Home Health Nurse - West Texas

We provide in-home private-duty nursing care for children between the ages of 0 and 20 years old. These children are medically and technologically dependent. Most have many other special medical conditions that require meticulous attention from skilled practitioners.

• Current, unrestricted nursing license approved by the Texas State Board of Nursing

• Registered Nurse (RN)
• Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

• →Provides exceptional nursing services, including medications, as prescribed by a licensed physician
• →Monitors for potential abuse or neglect situations and follows the regulated reporting guidelines for any suspected issues
• →Monitors all aspects of health and safety within patient’s home
• →Submits correct documentation after each shift performed
• →Upholds aspects of HIPAA
• →Maintains medical supplies as needed
• →Available to parents for health-related questions and/or concerns.
• →Maintains consistent and punctual attendance
• →Upholds Company Policies and Procedures
• →Supports organization’s goals and values
• →Works well with other professionals
