Registered Nurse (RN)
Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Responsibilities

→Provides exceptional nursing services, including medications, as prescribed by a licensed physician
→Monitors for potential abuse or neglect situations and follows the regulated reporting guidelines for any suspected issues
→Monitors all aspects of health and safety within patient’s home
→Submits correct documentation after each shift performed
→Upholds aspects of HIPAA
→Maintains medical supplies as needed
→Available to parents for heath related questions and/or concerns.
→Maintains consistent and punctual attendance
→Upholds Company Policies and Procedures
→Supports organization’s goals and values
→Works well with other professionals
