→A degree or diploma in Architecture or Architectural Technology
→Minimum 5 years’ professional experience, including 2 years in multidisciplinary projects (South Africa or internationally)
→Proficient in SAOTA’s core design software (e.g. Revit, Adobe Suite, AutoCAD, etc.)

Deep understanding of the architectural production process and file management
Strong problem-solving and design-thinking capabilities
Ability to accurately interpret instructions and present design decisions
Clear communicator with a collaborative, proactive attitude
Comfortable working in a multicultural, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment
Able to manage confidential information and work under pressure
Available to travel if needed

Flexible, resourceful, and self-motivated
Displays initiative and a strong sense of responsibility
Excellent judgement and high-level professionalism
Enthusiastic about personal and professional development
Willingness to work additional hours as required, including occasional weekends
