Our two intensive programs are designed to fully immerse participants in the life of the church, equipping both men and women for biblically faithful service.
- Summer Internship – Experience ministry during the summer. (2 months, internship)
- 1-Year Internship – Discern your calling to church ministry. (12 months, part-time)
- Phase 1 - Apply (10-15 minutes questionnaire to collect more detailed employment information)

- Phase 2 - Ministry Assessment (~60-minute questionnaire covering topics related to being a ministry worker)
- Once your application has been reviewed and approved, you will be sent an email with a link to complete your Ministry Assessment.
- Phase 3 - Local Interview
- The local supervisor(s) for this position will review your application and potentially reach out to conduct an interview.
