CASETiFY is looking for an entrepreneurial, creative and passionate Assistant store Manager. The ideal candidate will hit the ground running, thrive in a fast paced environment and be detail oriented. They must be a self-starter and a team player with the ability to quickly identify areas of opportunity to create procedures that increase efficiency, scalability and effectiveness.

This role reports directly to the Retail Area Manager.
Responsible for day-to-day operation of the stores and ensure the achievement of sales targets, KPIs and operational efficiency.
Lead, supervise and train the team in providing excellent customer service, manage customer feedback and understand customer needs by asking the right questions.
Develop and coach the team; provide appropriate level of performance feedback to increase confidence and capability and manage staff turnover.
Build customer rapport and loyalty through an engaging in-store experience.
Motivate and inspire the team by communicating a compelling vision and purpose which encompasses the CASETiFY’s Core Values.
Link up with global support in retail operations, logistics and projects of the company.

5+ years of experience in retail with at least 3 years in a management role is preferred but not essential. We also welcome applicants who are looking to take the next step up in their career.
Experience in leading and motivating a team to achieve KPIs and deliverables.
Passionate about the retail industry, technology, fashion, lifestyle brands, and being a part of a growing team.
Great problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership, excellent interpersonal, customer service & communication skills.
Fluent in English, excellent in verbal and written communication, presentation skills.
Basic computer skills.
