Prep Academy Tutors is a private in-home tutoring company offering flexible, personalized tutoring programs to students from K-12. We specialize in all subject areas and pride ourselves on hiring only the best—certified teachers or those currently completing their Education degrees. We offer highly competitive wages above the industry average.

• Provide academic support to students based on your expertise and knowledge of the Ontario curriculum.
• Offer supplemental assignments to deepen understanding of material.
• Deliver remedial or enrichment support tailored to student needs.
• Maintain regular communication with parents or guardians to track student progress.

We are looking for passionate, qualified teachers (or soon-to-be teachers) who meet the following criteria:

• Energetic and enthusiastic with teaching experience
• Committed to providing exceptional customer service
• Enjoy working closely with students and families
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Registered and in good standing with the Ontario College of Teachers
• Certified to teach in another Canadian province or territory
• Certified to teach in the United States
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Education program
• Experience as a lecturer or course instructor at an accredited Canadian college or university
