Maison d’Étude Academy is seeking a qualified and experienced Math & Science Tutor to provide in-person academic support to high school students in Montreal, QC. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, proven teaching or tutoring experience, and the ability to inspire confidence and curiosity in their students.

Responsibilities

Provide in-person, one-on-one tutoring in high school level Math and Science (Secondary I–V).
→
Reinforce core concepts through targeted practice, assignments, and supplementary resources.

Maintain ongoing communication with students’ families regarding progress and goals.
→
Accurately log sessions and notes using our internal scheduling system.
→
Support students in developing independent study habits and long-term academic skills.
→Qualifications:

→University degree in a relevant field (Education, Science, Engineering, or Mathematics preferred).
→Minimum 1–2 years of tutoring or teaching experience at the high school level.
→Strong knowledge of Quebec curriculum standards in Math and Science.
→Bilingual (English/French) preferred.
→Professionalism, reliability, and excellent interpersonal skills.
→Must be able to provide in-person support in the Montreal area.
→Police background check required.
