• →Set up and operate water transfer equipment including pumps, hoses, and manifolds.
• →Monitor water levels, pressures, and flow rates to ensure optimal operation.
• →Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment to prevent downtime.
• →Ensure all operations comply with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• →Collaborate with other team members and communicate effectively with site supervisors.
• →Maintain accurate logs and reports of water transfer activities.
• →Respond to emergencies promptly and effectively.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in water transfer, oilfield operations, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations in the oil and gas industry.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy equipment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.

You need a 3/4 or bigger Ton truck, a two-way road radio, a Slip tank, and basic tools.
