Business Intelligence Developer

As part of our Digital & Technology team, you will:

• →Design, develop and maintain enterprise ETL solutions using SSIS, Azure Data Factory and Microsoft Fabric.
• →Build, enhance and optimise data warehouse solutions, including dimensional data models and data marts.
• →Develop and support integrations between ERP systems, business applications and enterprise reporting platforms.
• →Create, maintain and optimise Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable business insights.
• →Monitor, troubleshoot and improve data quality, performance and reliability across enterprise data platforms.
• →Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting and integration requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• →Contribute to Bradken's data modernisation initiatives, including cloud-based data platforms and AI-enabled analytics capabilities.

You'll ideally bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
• 5-8 years of experience in developing and supporting ETL solutions using SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) in enterprise environments.
• Strong SQL/T-SQL skills with experience in database development, performance tuning and data transformation.
• Experience designing, developing and supporting data warehouse and business intelligence solutions.
• Experience with data integration, data migration and enterprise reporting platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX and report development.
• Experience working with Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric or other cloud-based data integration tools.
• Experience with modern data engineering technologies such as PySpark will be highly regarded.
• Experience developing and supporting business process automation solutions using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub and CI/CD practices will be highly regarded.
