  • Contract Interpretation & Financial Compliance
  • Owner Billings, Accounts Receivable & Aging Management
  • Insurance, Lien & Claims Compliance Tracking
  • Taxability Review for Construction Contracts & Invoices
  • Budget Monitoring, Cost Allocations & Reallocations
  • Analytical Thinking, Organization & Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • Experience in construction accounting, project accounting, or general accounting preferred.
  • Working knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and general accounting theory.
  • Familiarity with construction accounting software and project‑based financial systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other standard accounting tools.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with project teams and external stakeholders.
