Work closely with logistics partners to manage transportation and delivery across all channels.
Optimize logistics processes to ensure timely delivery while minimizing costs.
Address supply chain disruptions quickly and effectively to minimize impact on operations.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement by developing and implementing key performance indicators (KPIs) for supply chain metrics.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
8+ years of experience in supply chain and inventory management roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
Proficient in inventory management systems and related technologies (e.g., ERP systems).
Strong understanding of supply chain dynamics and best practices in e-commerce.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and drive cross-functional collaboration.
Excellent negotiation, project management, and communication skills.
Certifications such as APICS CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent are a plus.
