PMC is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our pediatric outpatient team. This role focuses on clinic-based pediatric physical therapy, supporting children’s gross motor development, strength, balance, coordination, mobility, and functional independence.

PTAs work under the direction of a supervising Physical Therapist to implement individualized treatment plans in a supportive, collaborative environment.

• →Provide pediatric physical therapy treatments in an outpatient clinic setting
• →Implement treatment plans developed by a supervising Physical Therapist
• →Address gross motor skills, motor planning, balance, strength, and coordination
• →Monitor patient progress and communicate outcomes with the therapy team
• →Educate families on home exercise programs and developmental strategies
• →Maintain accurate, timely documentation
• →Ensure patient safety and deliver care using best practices

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program
• Active Maryland PT or PTA license
• Pediatric therapy experience preferred (new grads encouraged)
• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and teamwork skills

• Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN
• Monday–Friday, flexible
• Hagerstown or Frederick, MD locations
