Responsibilities

→Teach phlebotomy and clinical medical assistant classes using established accredited curricula.
→Provide hands-on phlebotomy and clinical medical assistant skills training.
→Provide motivational coaching, accountability, professionalism coaching, and general support to all students.
→Prepare students to take the National Healthcare Association (NHA) exam; support those who fail to retest successfully.
→Prepare students for a successful career in the phlebotomy and/or clinical medical assistant fields.
→Maintain student attendance and grades; communicate student performance needs to the Success Coach.
→Assist with changes to curricula and lesson plans to incorporate approved/relevant online and digital content, new textbooks, new testing software, new instructor resources, and new equipment.
