Direct Support Professional (DSP)/Hab Tech

At BAYADA Home Health Care, the work you do goes beyond tasks—it’s about building trust, fostering independence, and creating meaningful, everyday moments for the people you support.

As a  Companion / Direct Support Professional (DSP) you’ll work one-on-one in homes and communities, supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (including Autism, Down syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, and more). You’ll serve as a mentor, advocate, and steady presence—helping each person build confidence, develop life skills, and live life on their terms.

• 1+ year of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• High school diploma or equivalent (18+)
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts and locations
• Reliable transportation and ability to drive clients to activities
• Willingness to travel between clients within your assigned area

We currently have priority afternoon shifts available from 1pm-4pm Mondays and Fridays in the Souderton area.

• →Support daily routines like dressing, grooming, and personal care
• →Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and community outings
• →Engage in hobbies, activities, and meaningful social interaction
• →Assist with daily living tasks, including meal preparation
• →Help individuals stay active, connected, and engaged in their communities
