Kocher + Beck USA, L.P. in Lenexa, KS is seeking a skilled, detail-oriented Tool Grinder Operator to manufacture, regrind, and inspect small precision cutting tools using ISOG CNC tool grinding machines. This position is responsible for producing tools that meet specified geometry, dimensional tolerances, and finish requirements while maintaining consistent quality and efficient machine operation.
The Tool Grinder Operator reports to the Production Supervisor and works primarily with ISOG CNC tool grinding machines.
Responsibilities
~1 min readKocher + Beck will provide training on company-specific tooling, approved grinding programs, inspection standards, production systems, and safe machine operation. Operators must demonstrate the required competencies and receive authorization before operating each machine independently.
