We help users connect with a qualified coach, craft an effective and tailored development plan, and access the very best resources to develop the soft skills required for the jobs of tomorrow.

We are looking for a skilled part-time UX Researcher who will design our coaching platform to meet the needs of users, coaches, and employers. You will study and empathise with the needs and expectations of professionals, generate actionable insights to define platform features and design considerations, and communicate these needs to the product team, UXUI designer(s), and developers. The end result will be a coaching platform that users love because it's user-friendly, intuitive, and impactful.

A successful candidate should be a structured, analytical, and empathetic researcher who is able to engage users in interviews, grasp user needs, and solve complex problems.
