BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Rehabilitation Manager (SLP, PT, or OT required) for our Wilmington, DE Medicare Certified home health office. This office provides best-in-class care to adult and geriatric clients.

Responsibilities for a Rehabilitation Manager:

Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
Supervise a team of field clinicians.
Facilitate new hire orientation and training the new clinicians.
Coordinate and/or deliver in-services for field staff.

Qualifications for a Rehabilitation Manager:

Speech Therapist, Physical Therapist, or Occupational Therapist required.
Supervisory experience.
Home Health field experience is required
