This role is within WPP Media where you will be instrumental in performing Social campaigns for a portfolio of WPP Media clients as a Social Associate.

• →Lead the execution and optimization of Paid Social campaigns across major platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter), ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and agency standards.
• →Collaborate with managers and strategists to co-develop full-funnel social strategies (awareness, consideration, conversion), incorporating platform-specific best practices and advanced features.
• →Manage Paid Social activations across core and emerging platforms (e.g., LINE, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest), providing platform-specific insights and recommendations to enhance campaign performance.
• →Analyze campaign performance mid-flight and post-launch, delivering actionable insights and optimization plans to internal teams and clients.
• →Maintain up-to-date certifications (e.g., Meta Blueprint, Twitter Flight School) and proactively apply learning to improve campaign outcomes.
• →Take ownership of select cross-functional or innovation-driven projects, contributing to process improvements and test-and-learn initiatives.
• →Any other project or tasks as assigned from time to time.

• →Demonstrate strong understanding of WPP Media clients’ priorities, campaign KPIs, and client business objectives to influence planning and execution decisions.
• →Provide consultative input to internal teams on evolving media behaviors, social platform innovations, and audience engagement strategies.
• →Proactively identify performance gaps and recommend data-driven solutions to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of campaigns.
• →Resolve campaign delivery challenges with minimal supervision, and escalate complex issues with a clear solution-oriented approach.
• →Ensure financial and operational compliance with WPP Media processes and contribute to audit-readiness and documentation.
• →Actively contribute to team knowledge sharing by mentoring junior team members and participating in training sessions or case study presentations.
• →Continuously expand and share knowledge and understanding of new trends, channels and technologies across social activation.
