QA/QC Engineer (Joinery & Fit-out) | Royal Joinery

Develop, implement, and continually refine QA/QC plans for construction projects, incorporating thorough inspection and testing protocols.

Conduct regular on-site inspections and audits to verify compliance with established quality standards and project specifications.

Scrutinise construction documentation, blueprints, and specifications to proactively identify and resolve potential quality challenges.

Collaborate with project teams to promptly address quality-related issues and offer technical expertise.

Regularly report on QA/QC progress to project stakeholders and provide insights to improve processes.

Ensure that all construction materials and equipment meet the requisite quality standards and certifications.

Execute inspections and tests on construction materials, structural components, and systems.

Maintain meticulous records of all QA/QC activities and generate comprehensive reports as needed.

Organise and deliver training sessions to educate construction teams on QA/QC best practices.

Engage in both internal and external quality audits and assessments.

Stay abreast of industry developments and regulations pertinent to quality assurance and control.

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

 3-5 years of relevant UAE experience in the joinery industry and fitout industry

A UAE Driving license will be advantageous

Proficiency in construction codes, standards, and regulations.

Strong command of quality control and quality assurance processes.

In-depth understanding of construction materials, methods, and practices.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Competence in interpreting construction drawings and specifications.

Familiarity with testing and inspection procedures for construction materials and systems.

Relevant certifications (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Engineer) are advantageous.

Proficiency in using QA/QC software and tools.
