Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Manage and oversee cost accounting functions, including inventory valuation, standard costing, and variance analysis
- →Analyze production costs, material usage, and operational efficiencies
- →Prepare and review cost reports, budgets, and forecasts
- →Monitor and control cost structures to ensure profitability targets are met
- →Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to optimize cost performance
- →Ensure accurate recording of cost data in compliance with accounting standards
- →Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- →Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA or equivalent certification is an advantage
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in cost accounting
- Proven experience in F&B or FMCG industry is required
- Strong background in costing, inventory management, and financial analysis
- Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
