Remote BCBA

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $75,000$95,000 per year

Supervise and mentor RBTs/Therapists to implement treatment plans.

Conduct client assessments and prepare treatment reports.

Design and oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.

Conduct quarterly competency assessments for the team.

Analyze behavior and skill acquisition data through Central Reach.

• Fully Remote: Work from the comfort of your home.

• Manageable Caseload: Full-time position with a 40-hour workweek and only 25 billable hours required.

• Active BCBA Certification required.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
