Responsibilities

- →Coordinate with team leaders to identify training gaps and development needs
- →Stay current on best practices and trends in sales training and development
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelors degree in Business, HR, or a related field is an advantage
- Relevant experience in a training role within a fast-paced sales environment
- Strong knowledge of sales strategies, tools, and processes
- Skilled in presentation, facilitation, and clear communication
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Familiarity with training platforms or tools is a bonus
