Responsibilities

→Perform a wide range of laboratory procedures including clinical chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, immunology, and microbiology.
→Ensure accurate specimen collection, handling, analysis, and documentation.
→Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment according to quality standards.
→Record and validate lab test results, ensuring compliance with internal protocols and regulatory requirements.
→Assist in inventory control and ensure laboratory safety protocols are followed.
→Coordinate with physicians and nursing staff regarding urgent test results and patient needs.
