Primary Care Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant in Shelton, Connecticut | Outpatient Float Role | 5+ Years Required

Healthcare United is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for an outpatient primary care float opportunity based in Shelton, Connecticut. This role requires at least five years of provider experience and is ideal for an APP with strong outpatient primary care experience and the ability to work confidently across clinic needs. The incoming provider will evaluate and manage patients, provide preventive care, manage acute and chronic conditions, support clinic coverage, and collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff.
