Deputy Sales and Marketing Director

ACG_3685_JOB Our client is a leading manufacturer in the electrical cable industry, seeking an experienced professional to join their firm. Role Purpose: Provide strategic and operational leadership across Agency Sales, Marketing, Export Sales and Procurement, connecting functions to improve revenue growth, market expansion, brand development and overall division performance. Advise on and execute domestic and international market, brand and distribution strategies. Set division objectives, KPIs and cross-functional operating processes. Manage nationwide dealer-channel activities, sales policies, territory planning and network expansion. Oversee project-market development and coordinate with project and technical teams. Direct marketing campaigns, brand management, trade promotion, market research and new-market development. Lead export-market development, distributor/partner acquisition, trade-fair participation and commercial negotiations. Oversee export market-entry strategy, legal/commercial risk and contract documentation. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, International Trade or a related field. Around 7–10 years of professional experience, including 4–5 years in management. Experience in industrial manufacturing, distribution or electrical equipment is preferred. Strong English capability for technical documents and international business communication is required. Key Stakeholders: Internal: Agency Sales, Marketing, Export Sales, Procurement, Project Sales, Technical, Logistics and executive leadership. External: Dealers, distributors, strategic customers, media/training/consulting partners, international partners, trade-promotion bodies and industry associations.
