Press Assistant (UAE National)

1. →PRESS AND SHOWROOM
   • →Manage the press requests, send outs and returns / International shipments.
   • →Daily administrative assistance to the Press and Media Manager.
   • →Liaise with all other Hermès offices around the world including the Paris Head Office to coordinate overseas shoots.
   • →Maintain and merchandise the showroom to a high standard.
   • →Ensure smooth running of the press showroom.
   • →Assist with showroom appointments.
   • →Oversee the arrival of new stock and upload into Launchmatrix.
2. →REPORTING
   1. →Provide monthly reports to our Paris office.
   2. →Extracting reports and creating decks for Press Manager and Paris office using specific templates.
3. →MEASURES OF SUCCESS
   • →Smooth running of the showroom.
   • →Ensure successful events delivery.
   • →Successfully support the Press Manager in day-to-day tasks.
   • →Positive internal and external stakeholder feedback.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent experience.
• Highly organized and able to manage time effectively and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Language skills, fluent in English.
