Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Oversee the operation of the plant
- →Oversee and thoroughly train new employees in plant operations and plant safety
- →Manage personnel placed under your supervision
- →Comply with and ensure all Fieldale Farms policies are followed
- →Complete required daily paperwork (Daily Production workbook in Excel)
- →Submit employee vacation forms
- →Complete any other tasks assigned by the plant manager
- →Complete Supervisor and safety training
Requirements

- MS office, excel, word and outlook skills desired
- unrestricted physical activities
- Maintenance background is a plus
- Effective written and oral communication skills and problem solving skills desired
- Valid state issued drivers license and reliable transportation
