People Operations Specialist

You'll run our People operations day to day, owning the operational side of the collaborators’ experience and driving recruiting end to end for a 150 people fully remote team across 20+ countries.

• 4+ years in People Operations at tech companies, including time at fully remote and globally distributed startups.

• Experience driving areas of the employee lifecycle end-to-end: recruitment, onboarding, offboarding.

• Experience running hiring for technical and non-technical roles end-to-end: screening, interviewing, and partnering with hiring managers.

• Experience working at fully remote companies with team members across multiple countries.

• Experience across multiple worker types: employees, EOR, contractors.

• Hands-on as an admin of HRIS and ATS platforms. Experience with Deel, Ashby and Lattice are a plus.

• Excellent written and verbal English.

• Strong understanding of HR best practices.

• Strong sense of what good looks like across the employee lifecycle, compliance and documentation.

• Judgment to know what to escalate and what to handle.

• Experience in gaming or consumer tech is a plus.
