Location: Highview in the Woodlands | Rockton, IL
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00/hour, plus shift differentials and credit for experience
Schedule: Full-Time 2:00pm–10:30pm or Part-Time 10:00pm–6:30am | rotating weekends and holidays
What You’ll Do
- Provide hands-on assistance with personal care, including bathing, toileting, meals, and mobility
- Monitor resident needs and follow infection control practices
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
- Communicate effectively and respond compassionately to residents
- Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality care
- Current CNA certification in the state of Illinois (required)
- Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days (required)
- Clean IDPH background record (required)
- Previous hospital or senior care experience (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
