This position will accelerate market-led growth across our multi-product, multi-industry portfolio in the North America region. Operating as an individual contributor at the critical intersection of Global Product Management, Operations, Sales, and Marketing, you will be responsible for translating complex technical solutions into compelling customer value propositions.

In this role, you will report directly to the General Manager for Direct Marking and act as the core engine converting corporate strategy into localized market velocity. You will own the day-to-day execution of Engraving Solutions commercial launches, build high-impact sales enablement tools, optimize the enterprise buyer journey, and monitor competitor threats to maximize regional revenue and market share.

  • Channel Training & Sales Enablement: In partnership with channel marketing, design and deliver technical and commercial channel training programs. Author and distribute enablement tools to equip internal sales teams and channel partners with the resources to sell effectively.
  • Optimizing the Buyer Experience: Partner with Sales, Marketing/Communication, and Customer Experience teams to map the enterprise purchasing journey. Identify and mitigate friction points from initial awareness through technical evaluation to post-purchase onboarding.
  • Demand & Pricing Support: Partner with sales and operations to provide localized field insights that feed into accurate regional demand forecasts. Support the optimization of corporate pricing strategies for the best possible regional outcomes.
