We are currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor with proven skills for an apartment community located in North Texas. A general knowledge of apartment maintenance is required.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Maintain the upkeep of a property's grounds
- →Making ready apartments (punching and painting)
- →Running work order tickets
- →On-call maintenance emergencies
- →Special assigned property projects
- →Providing exceptional customer services to residents
Requirements
~1 min read- High school diploma/equivalent
- Valid driver's license required
- Reliable vehicle
- EPA Certification is beneficial.
