Responsibilities

Room patients, including documenting medical records with precision.

Manage clinic flow to keep patient care running smoothly.

Scheduling & Managing Surgery Schedules

Assist in gathering medical clearances and surgery scheduling details.

Ensure patients feel informed and prepared before and after their procedures.

Serve as a liaison between patients and providers, addressing clinical questions promptly.

Follow up on patient tasks to ensure their needs are met with excellence.

Utilize Electronic Health Records (EHR), team chat platforms, and shared resources for communication and documentation.
Access and apply internal guides to complete administrative tasks with accuracy.
