→Assist dentists during procedures, prepare treatment rooms, and ensure patient comfort and safety.
→Manage patient scheduling, records, and insurance claims processing.
→Maintain strict sterilization and infection control protocols in accordance with regulatory standards.
→Monitor inventory levels and order dental supplies as needed.
→Participate in quality assurance activities and ensure compliance with best practices and regulatory requirements.
→Communicate effectively with patients to address their questions, schedule appointments, and follow up on treatment plans.
→Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
→Front office duties as assigned
