A Lifescape Assistant Foreman can work well with others, is dependable and takes direction. Responsible for leading the crew in the foreman’s absence, safety monitoring, quality control, and other duties.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Accurately install project according to plans and on budget with guidance of Foreman
- →Lead crew in preparation/execution of daily tasks, in the foreman’s absence
- →Load truck and trailer as needed to and from job site/shop
- →Follow maintenance procedures for all equipment.
- →Maintain open communication between crew and production management
- →Maintain accurate daily time keeping via Aspire/Mtime mobile app
- →Assist Foreman in managing project hours to budget
- →Maintain 24-hour on call status during snow season
- →Other duties and projects assigned as needed
Requirements
