As a Senior SEO Manager at performance.io, you will shape the next era of organic performance by integrating traditional SEO, Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO), AI-assisted content strategy, and LLM visibility frameworks into client roadmaps.
You’ll work closely with our SEO Account Directors and senior team to ensure every account has a robust, future-ready strategic direction.

4+ years in SEO, ideally within a digital agency environment.
Strong experience leading SEO strategies, with exposure to international and multilingual search, including AI localisation considerations.
Ability to manage day-to-day communications across multiple accounts, setting direction and maintaining high delivery quality.
Expert user of GSC, GA4, GDS/Looker Studio, and comfortable interpreting AI-driven analytics signals (e.g., generative snippet visibility, LLM crawl behaviour, entity performance).
Exceptional stakeholder management and confidence presenting high-impact recommendations.
Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to quality-check deliverables for accuracy, compliance, and medical SEO standards.
Organised, proactive, and comfortable collaborating with your counterparts in India.
