Position Responsibilities

Assists in all core management responsibilities for the operation of our SafeSplash + SwimLabs programs. In addition, the Swim School Manager Instructs swimming lessons and trains staff according to the SafeSplash curriculum and philosophies in a positive and fun manor.

Assist with Staff Scheduling, Training, and Mentoring
Help drive enrollment through marketing, customer service, and customer experience and satisfaction
Manage and direct front desk activities and keep class organization
Instructs group swim classes and private lessons to all ages and abilities; conducts lessons according to SafeSplash training and teaching philosophies; upholds company core values and displays competence in performing expectations.
Builds relationships with clients; providing feedback on swimmers during our monthly Splash-N-Tell week.
Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards; provides a safe and comfortable environment; resolves issues; identifying needs; recommending system improvements to management.

Position Qualifications and Requirements:

Prefer 2 years of management experience in customer service and excels in communication skills
Ability to learn computer scheduling software
Has a keen eye for details, can manage multiple schedules and tasks, can troubleshoot and make decisions confidently and quickly
A Team-driven leader: cares about staff and leads with the intent to build up the whole team while also providing exceptional guest relations
Happy disposition; hospitable and caring
Schedule is reoccurring weekly, including nights and weekends
Must be willing to obtain Certifications:
- Current Red Cross Lifeguard or equivalent
- CPR-PR/AED, First Aid for Adult, Child certification
- Lifeguard Instructor certified
