Solar Asset Management Associate II (Portfolio Associate II)

Radian Generation is a global provider of critical technology-forward services designed specifically to support the comprehensive lifecycle of renewable facilities—including solar, wind, and energy storage.

• Experience in renewable energy industry asset management or operations, plus some educational experience in renewable energy. Experience with PV, wind or BESS equipment and system design.
• Experience in working with C & I and utility scale renewable energy projects. Familiarity with Community Solar management.
• Proven documentation, presentation, and communication skills - both written and verbal
• Customer service experience
• B.E or B.Tech from a reputed college / university
• Work-related experience in renewable energy / power generation preferred

• Expertise in MS Office MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project) and Adobe PDF toolsets
• Familiarity with asset management software systems & third-party monitoring platforms

• At least 4+ years working with operating renewable energy assets: solar, wind or BESS
• Business writing experience
• Experience in a service provider environment
• Experience with commercial renewable energy contracts
• Experience with data analysis, reporting and presentation
• Experience with a U.S. based company

• Working knowledge of solar PV, wind or BESS equipment and system design
• Working knowledge of C & I and utility-scale renewable energy projects and Community Solar management
• Root cause analysis and problem solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Familiarity with asset management software systems & third-party monitoring platforms
