As a Restaurant Server at AC Hotel Dallas, you will be the face of our dining experience, delivering attentive, personalized service that reflects the brand's modern, European-inspired hospitality. You will create memorable guest experiences by providing exceptional food and beverage service, anticipating guests' needs, and ensuring every interaction is welcoming, professional, and seamless.

• →Greet guests warmly and provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, beverages, and daily specials.
• →Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them promptly into the point-of-sale system.
• →Ensure all orders are prepared and delivered correctly, efficiently, and in a timely manner.
• →Build positive relationships with guests by providing attentive service and responding proactively to requests.
• →Collaborate closely with managers, chefs, and bartenders to ensure a smooth dining experience and quickly resolve any guest concerns.
• →Verify and clarify orders with kitchen and bar staff as needed to maintain accuracy and quality standards.

• →Assist with the setup and arrangement of dining areas, including setting tables and accommodating larger parties when needed.
