Responsibilities

- →Undertake clinical observations including blood pressure, pulse and ECGs
- →Assist with phlebotomy and specimen collection
- →Prepare patients for consultations and treatments
- →Ensure clinics run efficiently and provide excellent patient care throughout the patient journey
- →Maintain accurate patient records and support day-to-day department administration
- SVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is essential
- Must have previous experience working as an HCA in an hospital setting, surgical ward, or clinic experience
- Experience in phlebotomy
- System literacy is essential; MS Office and SAP is desirable
- Must be accurate and have a strong desire for attention to detail
