Responsibilities
- Key contact point to any complaint that relates to Aircond/Mechanical services by end user or client
- Conduct routine Inspection and planned preventive maintenance for Aircond/Mechanical Services as scheduled
- Assist Building Leader for day-to-day operation matters
- Assist any other trade as and when required
- Provide assistance to others maintenance team when needed
- Supervise services contractor as and when required
- Assist Building leader on interaction and cooperates with vendor and client for operations matter
Requirements
- Minimum High School Certificate with specialization in aircond/mechanical engineering
- Minimum 1 year working experience
