Responsibilities

→Plan, monitor, and maintain material flow to support production schedules and customer requirements.
→Develop, maintain, and adjust production and material plans based on demand, capacity, and inventory targets.
→Analyze inventory levels, demand signals, and production performance to identify material risks and take corrective action.
→Communicate daily with Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Scheduling to resolve shortages, prioritize work, and align execution with plan.
→Coordinate with Engineering to support engineering change orders (ECOs), manufacturing orders, and document updates.
→Support and collaborate with the Master Scheduler to ensure feasible and achievable weekly and long-term production plans.
→Use the ERP system for basic reporting and data entry.
→Identify process improvement opportunities related to material planning, inventory accuracy, and schedule adherence.
→Make independent planning decisions within established policies and escalate issues as appropriate.
→Other duties as assigned.
