Responsibilities

  • →遵循公司核心价值，遵守公司的各项规章制度，在安全的前提下完成本岗位工作
  • →严格遵守包装岗位标准程序，在SOC & SOP的指引下完成包装和卸胺及其他相关作业
  • →及时正确的填写包装岗位生产记录，按要求完成岗位巡检，发现异常及时联系维修和报告领班，保证包装作业的顺利完成
  • →按照5S标准保持5S责任区的5S状态，参与5S其他活动
  • →交班信息要求完整、准确，没有遗漏的交给下一班组。接班如有不清楚的要询问明白，避免信息的遗失
  • →作业过程中发现任何安全和质量问题要立即纠正和报告领班，如受自身能力限制无法解决，要在第一时间寻求领班帮助
  • →积极参与安全、质量等事故调查，及帮助班组内的异常处理
  • →完成上级合理安排的其他临时性任务
  • →积极响应工厂MttC文化的建立
