Job Title

Project Coordinator

Join Cushman & Wakefield’s Project & Development Services team as a Project Coordinator, supporting the successful delivery of diverse projects across multiple sectors, including government and commercial.

You’ll assist Project Managers in coordinating and delivering a wide range of fit-out, refurbishment, and infrastructure projects nationally. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your project management career within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Support Project Managers in planning, execution, and delivery of projects across various sectors.
→
Coordinate project documentation, scheduling, procurement, and reporting using platforms such as Procore and MS Project.
→
Prepare and circulate meeting minutes, risk registers, and weekly progress reports.
→
Liaise with stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure alignment and on-time delivery.
→
Assist in the preparation of project budgets, documentation, and scope management.
→
Ensure compliance with company standards, project control systems, and safety requirements.

Relevant tertiary qualification in Project Management, Construction, Architecture, or Engineering.

1-2 years’ experience in a Project Coordinator or Contract Administrator role within the property or construction sector.

Understanding of project management terminology, processes, and reporting.

Excellent written and verbal communication, with confidence engaging in a corporate environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Procore (or similar tools).

Flexibility to travel interstate and stay overnight when required.

A valid driver’s license is highly regarded.
