We’re looking for a R&D Architecture Team Leader to drive cross‑functional technical projects within R&D and lead a team of development engineers. You’ll ensure strong technical execution, effective resource planning, and continuous team development across multiple regions and platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of engineers.

Allocate resources and manage workloads across projects and modules.

Set objectives, run performance reviews, and support career development.

Foster a collaborative, high‑performance team culture.

Ensure effective cross‑functional cooperation and communication.

Identify competency gaps and define training needs.
→
Oversee onboarding of new team members.
→
Lead TOAs and serve as Project or Technical Leader depending on scope.
→
Drive technical alignment for cost, quality, and improvement initiatives.
→
Consolidate project budgets and ensure consistency across the portfolio.
→
Use and promote common tools, methods, and digital solutions (FCx, etc.).
→
Prepare quarterly BU/FCx reports and present key deviations.
→
Act as technical reference across categories and regions.
→
Support advanced development up to ACP1.
