Join our team as a Certified Medication Tech(CMTs). Our CMTs support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our resident’s needs.

We are currently offering up to a $500 sign on bonus for CMT positions scheduled for 24+ hours per week.

Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
Assisting residents in activities of daily living
Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
Providing assistance with resident activities and programs
Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter
Administration of medication to residents

Responsibilities

→Must be at least 18 years of age
→Current, active CNA I certification for the state f Maryland
→Current, active certification for Certified Medication Technician
→Minimum of 1 year of CNA I experience required
→Minimum of 1 year of Medication Technician experience highly preferred
→Current CPR certification required.
