Responsibilities

- →Document maintenance activities and communicate equipment status to supervisors
- →Collaborate with operations teams to prioritize repairs and minimize downtime
- →Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a strong safety culture
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair mobile equipment
- Commitment to safe work practices and adherence to established procedures
- Capability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and work orders
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently or with a team
- Reliability, attention to detail, and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
